arti felt like mass murder today don't mind her

this was going to be for day 17 of rainworld art month but uh, I feel like it slightly misses the prompt.

was fun to draw tho, this is the first time I've drawn a scav and liked the way I drew them, I promised I'm not biased because they're dead though lol, might do some doodles of them later some point, not dead

artificer found out pebbles can make electric spears

pebbles deeply regrets this.

this whole thing is inspired by a thing my cat does when they want something, they stretch all the way up trying to get his paw as high as possible just to hit you with it hoping to get attention from it ( he does get attention from it)

also just kind of wanted to show how big arti is in size comparing to pebble's puppet, but it's not the best since I think I got it wrong and also she's standing all the way up sigh

RIPPLES. THE CYCLE. LORE ( I'm theorising, there is watcher spoilers so everything is under the cut )

throughout both the game and even trailers, you are constantly told and reminded about ripples and how you should view cycles as them

so that's what I did!! here's the diagram I made

here you have two cycles, cycles are a bump in a ripple ( forgot the proper name lol) anyway I've yet to figure out how exactly you get moved to the previous cycle, but it probably has something to do with the void spawn, either way, as time moves on and the ripples expand and go forwards new material is pushed into the plane of consciousness, dust falling from the sky, but as this happens, material is pushed down into where the cycle came from as well 'dissolving' it, you see this as the void sea ( note the void sea you see ingame is still in the plane of consciousness, because obviously you can perceive it, you 'leave' once you enter the egg, which is the edge of the cycle )

also ripplespace, it's just the space outside the ripples, although like in the diagram the watcher only sees the area that mixes with the cycle otherwise, they would cease to exist

anyway I came up with this randomly during math class so sorry about inconsistencies in the diagram,

I'll also probably have to think about this more, to fit in pieces like void worms, void spawn and ripple spawn ( already have like paragraphs of theories on them but it doesn't entirely work with this ) and all that stuff

so I recently realised there is an ancient mask inside spinning tops room!! \/

I assume this spinning top's mask so I drew a doodle of them with it!!

SOW,TSW and BC are all in one local group next to moon's local group, but TSW is further away from both local groups

also uhm SOW and BC are the only ones alive in the current times of the au cough.

small drawings of new ocs..

recently I've had three ocs living inside my head

a vulture and two lizards that somehow ( I haven't figured out how yet, ) became sentient

the vulture follows one of my slugcat ocs called the befriender, while the two lizards live on their own, the red Liz taking care of the small blue lizard pup

apologies for the lack of art for the lizards, I'll promise you'll most likely see more of these guys at some point ( also my lack of posting will probably continue for a little while )
