I drew Ceroba so pretty omg 😭 I was on a UTY dev stream so I have some ideas for Clover's backstory that I'll try to draw in the future

I, for one, need more Starfox content (my name for Staroba). I need it injected into my blood. Bonus points if they adopted Clover.

You and me both. Staroba marrying and raising Clover as their adopted child is what's currently consuming my brain right now.

I like to think they sometimes all take naps together. Not always, since Clover is old enough to sleep on their own, but they like the experience of feeling safe between their parents.

AU where Clover makes the choice to not sacrifice themselves in the Pacifist Route, but decides to live in the Underground since returning to the surface is not possible.

16 - 18 years old depicted here.

Has an item related to closest friends. Hair band with bells (Ceroba), feathers on hat (Martlet), poncho (styled like Starlo's).

Uses hat to disguise or "mask" their face/eyes, like Starlo does with his hat. This is how they hide the fact that they're a human if there are a lot of monsters around.

Lives in hiding in Oasis Valley with Ceroba and Starlo. Technically they're not supposed to go outside the Wild East during the day, but they sneak out sometimes with Martlet. (They love their family and home, they just get bored and restless waiting around for the coast to be clear).

Calls Ceroba "Ma" and Starlo "Pa" on occasion.

Very secretive about their past life on the surface. Even their adoptive family doesn't know their entire history.

I have a confession to make about Undertale Yellow’s Vengeance route

So, I’ve done both Neutral and Pacifist, and I was playing the Vengeance route last night and I was in the Dunes and I got to Ceroba and… I really enjoyed killing almost all the monsters there? Like it felt good to wipe them out. Dunebuds are annoying little turds, Sir Slither is beta Jerry, El Balidor is a terrible boss fight, and Ceroba is my least favorite character in the whole game. It felt almost cathartic to see characters who have given me a head-ache die by my hands (granted, I haven’t killed Ceroba yet, but I started on her last night). The only enemies I felt kind of bad for were the little flower girls and Cactony.

I have NEVER once felt like this when doing Undertale’s genocide, and while I haven’t done Snowgrave, none or the enemies in Deltarune have made me frustrated in the same way Yellow’s has (expect for Jevil but I’ve spared and beaten him up more times than I can count).

Heck, even in Yellow I felt bad for the enemies I was fighting up until this point. Never in a “I can feel the sins crawling on my back” way (except for Dalv), but in a “Look, y’all are cute, you definitely don’t deserve this, but I wanna see the end of this route, so you gotta die. Sorry :(“ way, similar to how I felt with the Undertale enemies that weren’t main characters. Once I hit the dunes though, it was over. It was a complete bloodbath (dustbath?) and I enjoyed every second of it.

I know morally killing cute animals in a video game doesn’t effect me, but I still find it interesting how different my mental state was during this part of the game compared to other times I’ve done this before.

I drew my Integrity OC Ivory fighting Ceroba lol

Here’s some unwanted context:

This fight takes place post-pacifist revival. Ivory was friends with Clover before she fell. She also became secret friends with Kanako during her time in the underground. So you can imagine how Ivory felt when she heard what Ceroba and Chujin did to both of them after she was revived. Ivory tells Ceroba EXACTLY how she feels about her and her dead husband which makes Ceroba a little ticked off to say the least. They get into a heated argument which leads to Ivory challenging her to a fight.

"If you love killing children so much, then how about we settle this once and for all."

I don't have a full fight planned out, but the fight ends with Ivory having multiple burns on her stomach and arms and Ceroba loses her arm.
